We asked Jen a few questions so you all could get to know her a bit better!
•How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you start?
My First class ever was in 2010 trying to find something to help me in preseason training for soccer. We found TILT about 2 years ago and the coaching and community was on fire so its been non stop ever since!
•What do you do when you’re not at TILT?
You’ll find me out Snowboarding, playing some pickup soccer, chilling at the beach, watching kids or hanging with friends. Rarely sitting still!
•What is something most of TILT doesn’t know about you?
I started my first business when I was 10. I made and sold beach glass jewelry from washed up glass we would find on the beach of Lake Erie. My mom owned her own business so she always encourage us to start new ventures!
